GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Podere Poggio ai Cieli.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Podere Poggio ai Cieli, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Podere Poggio ai Cieli sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Podere Poggio ai Cieli in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Podere Poggio ai Cieli promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With the reservation you are asked to make a down payment as guarantee, of about 30% of the total price. In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before rental starting, also due to "force majeure" causes, the down payment will be considered as forfeited. Before that period, only the fixed charges will be retained.
The balance must be paid directly at the farm, one day before your departure.
Making the down payment as guarantee, you accept in all part the conditions write up.

For the down payment as guarantee:

- by cash

- Credit Card

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Podere Poggio ai Cieli, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Siena.
